  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, promotions, or product launches

 

VibeWire reserves the right to delay processing for:

  • Payment verification

  • Fraud prevention screening

  • Inventory availability

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

3.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

 

3.2 International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7 to 14 business days

  • Expedited International: 5 to 10 business days

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • Resolution may include replacement or refund at the Company’s discretion

 

7.2 Damaged Items

  • Customers must report damaged items within 7 days of delivery

  • Supporting documentation (photos/videos) may be required

  • VibeWire may offer replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation

 

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing

  • VibeWire is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

 

9. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Warehouse location

Customers will be notified if partial shipments occur.

 

10. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURN TO SENDER

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Re-shipping costs

11. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

12. TITLE & RISK OF LOSS

Ownership and risk of loss for Products pass to the customer upon:

VibeWire shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs delays

  • Labor disputes

  • Natural disasters or other events beyond reasonable control
