2. GENERAL REFUND TERMS

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES
3.1 Pay-Per-View (PPV) & Livestream Purchases
All PPV and livestream purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

Event cancellation without rescheduling

Verified technical failure attributable solely to VibeWire

Duplicate or erroneous billing
No refunds shall be issued for:

Customer internet or device issues

Missed events or late access

Dissatisfaction with content or performance
3.2 Subscription Services (Digital TV / Platforms)
All subscription fees are:

Non-refundable once the billing cycle begins

Automatically recurring unless canceled
Customers may cancel at any time; however:

Access continues through the billing period

No prorated refunds will be issued
Refunds are limited to:

Verified billing errors

4. LIVE EVENTS & TICKETING
4.1 In-Person Event Tickets
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except:

Event cancellation (full refund issued)

Legal requirements mandating refunds
If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

Tickets remain valid for the new date

No refunds will be issued
4.2 Ticket Protection (Optional)
If ticket insurance or protection is purchased:

VibeWire is not responsible for claims processing under such coverage
5. TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES
For mobile, broadband, and connectivity services:

Activation fees, SIM/eSIM purchases, and setup costs are non-refundable

Monthly service fees are non-refundable once billing begins
Refunds are limited to:

Duplicate charges

Verified service activation failures caused by VibeWire
6. ADVERTISING, SPONSORSHIP & CONSULTING SERVICES
All payments for:

Advertising placements

Sponsorship packages

Consulting and strategic services

Production services
Are non-refundable once services have commenced or inventory has been reserved.
If VibeWire fails to deliver agreed services:

Remedies are limited to service credits, rescheduling, or partial refunds at the Company’s discretion
7. PHYSICAL GOODS (ELECTRONICS & SPECIALTY ITEMS)
7.1 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Physical products, including electronics and specialty items, may be eligible for refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Product includes all accessories, manuals, and components

7.2 Non-Returnable Items
